From I-26 East (Columbia): 
Take the Ashley Phosphate Road Exit.  Turn right onto Ashley Phosphate Road, travel to the intersection of Ashley Phosphate Road and Dorchester Road (McDonald's located on the far right corner).  Turn left onto Dorchester Road, and at the 2nd stoplight turn left onto Franchise Street (Archdale Medical Center on far right corner).

From I-26 West (Charleston): 
Take the Dorchester Road Exit.  Turn left onto Dorchester Road, travel approximately 10 miles.  Turn right onto Franchise Street (Archdale Medical Center on left corner).

From I-526 East (Mt. Pleasant/North Charleston): 
Take the Dorchester Road/Paramount Drive Exit.  Turn right onto Dorchester Road, travel approximately 10 miles.  Turn right onto Franchise Street (Archdale Medical Center on left corner).

From I-526 West (Savannah): 
Take the Dorchester Road/Paramount Drive Exit.  Turn left onto Dorchester Road, travel approximately 10 miles.  Turn right onto Franchise Street (Archdale Medical Center on left corner).
